Partnering to Prevent Suicide

Everyone deserves the chance to live, heal, and thrive in their community. Unfortunately, the tragedy of suicide impacts thousands of people each year – and many of these tragedies are preventable.

In working to reduce suicides involving firearms – and in partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and Department of Veterans Affairs – the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) tasked Red Edge with bringing to light the stories of Caylen and Kass Wojcik.

Nothing was more important to our team than handling Caylen’s and Kass’s deeply personal and emotional stories with the utmost care and compassion. The final products emphasized how partnerships – like that between NSSF, AFSP, and the Dept. of Veterans Affairs – are crucial for increasing awareness of suicide prevention resources.
